Projects over the years from our different sub-teams — and the people who made them.

This year, our project team is developing a 3D horror game using Unity. The game takes place in a futuristic underground cryosleep facility where after waking from hundreds of years of sleep, the player discovers that the world is in the midst of a new ice age—cryosleep was humanity's only means of surviving the extreme climate. As the player begins exploring the facility, it becomes clear that escape is impossible due to the frozen-shut exit. To make matters worse, the player is hunted by a monstrously mutated human. The ultimate goal is to navigate the facility and find a way to escape while avoiding the terrifying creature.

Together in collaboration with Night of the Nerds, a creative tech event aimed at high school students, we are developing a educational game which teams high schoolers about the dangers of facial recognition technology (FRT). We approach this by making an engaging phone application that can be used in and out of classrooms. The game will feature a progressive experience that slowly eases in the dangers of FRT and stimulates classroom discussions between students.
